At CIRSA, World Energy Saving Day is more than just a date on the calendar; it’s an opportunity to celebrate our environmental commitments and highlight the progress we’ve achieved under our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) policies. We are proud to share how our FM department works tirelessly to reduce our environmental impact, with results that speak for themselves.

1. Energy savings: Over the past 9 years, we have achieved a cumulative 20% reduction in electricity consumption at our facilities.
2. Increase in renewable energy production: This year, we will increase our annual renewable self-consumption energy production by 35%.
3. Certified renewable energy: 66% of our energy is certified with renewable origin guarantees, and we expect to reach 70% by the end of the year.
4. Promotion of electric mobility: We have installed 45 electric vehicle chargers in Spain.

Actions in development:

1. Transition to ECO vehicles: We are migrating part of our fleet to more eco-friendly options, including hybrid, LPG, and electric vehicles.
2. Development of self-consumption projects: We have 10 self-consumption initiatives underway, projecting a nearly 70% increase in our renewable energy production by 2025 compared to 2024.
