Presentation of the 360º Well-being Plan at the Foment del Treball

This Tuesday, June 11, we presented our innovative 360º Well-being Plan (Plan de Bienestar CIRSA) during the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) day titled “Healthy Workers, Successful Companies.” This event, organized by BIWEL in collaboration with the Foment Office, took place at the headquarters of Foment del Treball Nacional in Barcelona and was attended by industry professionals.

It was a pleasure to share this initiative with all attendees and highlight how the well-being of our employees is one of the fundamental pillars of the Group in all the countries where we operate. During our talk, we explained to the attendees all the actions that make up this plan, which are structured into three axes: Move, Taste, and Feel.

Highlighted actions of the 360º Well-being Plan

Our 360º Well-being Plan is not just an initiative that groups together a set of activities and actions; it is also a commitment to the health and well-being of the collaborators who are part of CIRSA.

Some of the standout actions within this ambitious plan include:

  • Solidarity Well-being Challenges: We have organized two “Well-being Challenges” in support of charitable associations fighting against cancer and ALS, promoting solidarity and social commitment.
  • Sports, Nutrition, and Well-being Activities: We have accumulated over 175 hours of activities focused on promoting an active and healthy lifestyle.
  • Workshops and Seminars: More than 40 workshops and seminars have been conducted at several of our centers, all addressing crucial topics such as physical, emotional, financial, and professional well-being.
  • Sports Clubs: We have created three sports clubs dedicated to activities such as running, paddle tennis, and cycling, helping to promote physical activity and foster personal relationships among teams.

Impact and future of the 360º Well-being Plan

Our commitment does not end here. We continue to work on improving our 360º Well-being Plan with the aim of promoting a healthier lifestyle.
